Precautions for use
・After opening, refrigerate and consume as soon as possible. We recommend that you use it up within 1 to 2 months before it oxidizes.
About how to mix
Mamma Naturals raw almond butter does not use additives such as emulsifiers, so the almonds settle over time and the oil gradually floats. There is no problem with the quality, but if you use it while the oil is floating, the product will gradually become dry, so please mix it well every time before eating.
Recommended mix
Please use a straight and hard spatula-like object such as a butter knife.
(1) Insert it vertically about 10 times so that the floating oil will drop down. (Oil will spill out if you stir it suddenly.)
(2) When the oil sinks, repeat "insert the spatula and twist" several times.
(3) When the almonds and oil are mixed, move the spatula up and down again to mix until it becomes creamy.
*Be sure to thoroughly mix the bottom of the bottle as lumps tend to remain in the corners of the bottom of the bottle.
Eco package
In order to reduce the use of plastic, we used glass bottles with a relatively high recycling rate and metal lids. Aiming to be chemical-free, we do not use stickers that use adhesives, but wrap the top of the product with unbleached kraft paper and tie it with twine. There is no need to remove the sticker from the bottle, making it easier to recycle.
After eating the contents, we would appreciate it if you could use it as a storage container or recycle it as glass or metal.
